To encourage students of the Department of Foreign Languages and Literatures (FLLD) to actively pursue a second foreign language beyond English, enhance their language proficiency, and participate in official proficiency tests to assess their learning outcomes, FLLD has established the Scholarship for Outstanding Second Foreign Language Proficiency.
